At Cardex Packs, we like to offer our customers as much value as we can. Therefore, the ratio numbers shown in the table for Tiers 2-3 are the minimum number with the potential for there being more than 20 (for Tier 2) 'Premium' packs in every 100, and more than 2-4 (for Tier 3) 'Ultra' packs in every 100.
